get to know me

My background spans psychology, high-performance coaching, and over a decade building operational systems for Fortune 500 companies. I'm also a mom of three kids under 5, so I know what it's like to have your hands full.  

What I've learned is that having a full life doesn't have to feel like a constant juggle. Your life has changed, but the systems and patterns you're operating with probably haven't. Add in the blind spots you're too close to notice, and things feel harder than they need to be.

That is why I created Ritualle. We build the structure your life is missing and change the patterns that keep you stuck so you can achieve your goals and actually be present for the life you're building.
