You got the promotion, but the way you work never caught up.
My clients have gone from 60 hours a week to 40, brought in $300K in new revenue, and gotten promoted, all within a few months.
As seen in

If this is what your week looks like..
- You start the day with a brain dump and pick whatever's most urgent, so the day gets handled and nothing gets planned ahead.
- The important work that isn't due yet keeps losing to whatever's due today, until everyone waiting on it from you gets squeezed at the last minute.
- Someone asks where a project stands and you have to go find out.
- You hand something off and it comes right back to you, because what they needed was never written down.
- Your team works off whatever came up in the last meeting, and the long-term plan still lives in your head.
- Admin that AI could be doing is still on your plate.
So more of the work lands on you every month, and the bigger your role gets, the less room there is to plan any of it.
Nothing about this gets lighter on its own.
You were hired to think ahead, and most of your day goes to keeping track. The longer it goes on, the more your team builds its habits around you holding everything, and the harder that is to change.
What makes this different
Most advisors will give you good strategy, but strategy only pays off when you have the time to implement it and the consistency to see it through. That's the gap I help you close.
I give you the strategy for what to change, the operations experience to make it happen, and the mindset work to get past the fears and blocks that keep you from following through.
I do the hands-on part with you, and we make sure everything is working before we're done.
You know something has to change. I'm going to help you figure out EXACTLY what that is, what steps you need to take, and make sure it actually happens.
What we work on
Over twelve weeks we change how you plan, track and hand off your work, so your long-term priorities move forward alongside the day-to-day.
One place for everything on your plate
Set up in the tools you already use, so every deadline and every promise you've made lives somewhere other than your head.
A planning rhythm
With a weekly review and a calendar of what's coming months out, so your time goes to your priorities and nothing coming up catches you off guard.
Clear handoffs
To your direct reports and the outside help you use, so they have what they need written down the first time and the work doesn't land back on you.
AI setups for the administrative work
We find what AI can speed up, and I build the prompts and setups with you, within your organization's own policies on AI use.
By week twelve, you're walking into your next check-in saying, “Here's where everything stands, here's what I need from you, and here's what's coming in three months and how we're getting ready for it.” (And you leave feeling like a badass.)
Client Results
“Alex helped me automate some of my recurring activities, literally freeing up 4 extra hours per DAY to focus on deeper, more important work. I was able to spend this time providing more value to my company and got a promotion within two months.”
Cut her workload by 75% while keeping her performance ranking, and got 20+ hours a week back.
She came back from maternity leave, kept the highest-value relationships, and used the time to hire, train and go after the bigger clients she'd never had room for.
She was reacting to whatever was loudest and struggling to delegate. We restructured her workflows, rebuilt her week around high-leverage work, and cut her hours from 60 to 40.
Within three months she used the time to bring in $300K in new revenue.
“How you set up the renewals is awesome and I was able to get out all renewal tasks quickly and at once this morning!”

Hi, I'mAlex.
For over a decade, my job was walking into companies like LinkedIn, Tesla and Wells Fargo and finding the inefficiencies nobody inside could see. I was top performing, and from the outside it looked like I had it all together. In reality the hours were long and I didn't have a life outside of work.
I started my own consulting business thinking that would fix it, but the same problems followed me. When I became a mom in 2021, I realized the way I was running my business wasn't realistic anymore. So I looked at my own life the way I'd looked at my clients for years, applied the same systems thinking, and reworked everything, from how I structured my business to how I showed up at home.
People kept asking how I did it, so in 2024 I founded Ritualle. Today I'm a business strategist and a Certified High Performance Coach with a background in counseling psychology, and I work one-on-one with leaders and business owners on the strategy, operations and consistency it takes to get their plans done.
I've been featured in publications like Business Insider, Newsweek, Yahoo, Apartment Therapy and Fast Company.

This is for you if
You hold yourself to a high standard, and you want the way you plan your time and your week to match it.
You know the next stage of your role needs a different version of you, and you're ready to build it.
You're done putting out the same fires every week, and you want to fix what keeps starting them.
This won't work if
You'd rather wait for the workload to ease up than change how it gets done.
You're waiting for someone else to fix it, whether that's a new hire, a new app or the next reorg.
You've decided this is just what the job looks like, and you'd rather not change it.

Common questions
Does anyone else join the calls?
No, it's just you. When something we change affects how your team works with you, we use our calls to plan how you bring them in.
Will my company get a report?
No. I don't produce metrics or written reports for the organization.
What tools do we use?
The ones you already use. I've worked with a lot of companies with different rules on software and AI, so we build inside whatever yours allows.
Can you train my whole team?
This is one-on-one with you, and I don't run team trainings. I support you through the change, including what to do when someone slips back into the old way.
What happens after twelve weeks?
If you'd like to keep meeting after that, I'll send a new proposal.
