Start and end every day with intention (not on autopilot!!)
When you wake up and immediately start thinking, planning, or reacting, your attention never actually resets. At night, without a clear close, your mind keeps going.
Before you rush into the day, you check in. You notice how your body feels and you name it. This shifts brain activity from the reactive center to the logic center and interrupts the stress loop before it starts.
Your brain filters the world based on how you feel. When you're stressed, it looks for problems. When you focus on gratitude, excitement, and connection, you redirect that filter toward what you want more of in your life.
Decide who you're going to show up as today. Instead of waking up and reacting to the world, you use this moment to intentionally choose who you'll be. At night, you reflect on what happened, close the mental loops, and give your brain permission to turn off.
Daily and weekly practice is recorded. If you don't feel like writing one day, you can listen to the prompts and answer them in your head with your eyes closed.
For when you're establishing a new habit and you want that lovely dopamine hit of a check every time you complete it.

The Bedside Journal works on its own to set your intention for the day. The Deskside Journal takes that grounded state and applies it to how you plan your day, protect your energy, and get things done. Each one stands on its own, but they were built to work together.
